my complain against facilities provide by relliance, , , number of issue we are facing are as ..
1 . there website is not updated as in their site they hv not mention mumbai or maharastra circle so that u cann't registered any complain or know about tariif .
2 No online facilities for refill .
3 every day then send more than 50 promotional SMS & call despite complaint against several time they hv not take any action
4 more than 8 month happen reliance in mumbai but they don't hv facility of POSTPAID.
recharge brochure of reliance not easily available if by mistake available it is only of 50 Rs ..so that u hv u to but 5-6 recharge brouchure
they r cheating people .
there customer care executive are not supportive they misbehave with customer & don't know how to talk
