Dear Sir,
My mobile no.[protected] ended up its validity on 5th august 2009.i got a message from customer care to recharge with Rs 199 to get continued usage.I recharged through E-recharge on 8 th august 2009 via TX NO,[protected] and Transaction ID[protected].
The funny part is my mobile service is terminated temporarily for insufficient balance for the past 3 days.Is this the customer care efficiency? Indefinite calls have been made to the custiomer care .They registered the complaint .said we will send you the complaint number.No message has come yet.Do look into the matter and sort at the earliest.My alternate mobille number is [protected].
It it is not sorted at the earliest, I have to leave the reliance usage after using for more than 6 years as an unsatisfied customer.
