I paid 1350 for reliance brodband connection.After 1 week they told connection cannot be given as I denied to Bribe the technician.Customer care does not respond.after continuously following up with for 2 months they gave a check with wrong name.They are making me to go in search of their offices for getting it rectified but till today they are not responding.Its been 3 months since they failed to provide my refund amount.

      Now you guys have sent me the Bill of of whole month and i have already mentioned, i have faced the issue of frequent disconnection from 12 th October to 28 th October.So Why should i pay the bill for whole month ?

      I have already raised complaint in Consumer complaint.Dont irritate any Customer to go beyond limits.

      I will pay the bill definately but on prorate/Waiver basis, not for whole month.Resend me the Bill on prorate basis.

      2nd day of reliance broadband installation( Dateof installation 22nd April) my connection is not working.

      Reliance know about problem but his notresolving, As per reliance team the problem in modem.

      For installation timereliance team is provide or installed old used modem andtold for 2-3 day i installed new modem. Till day his not installednew modem.

      Regarding this i frequently lock the complaint in customer care on 25thApril to 30th April) but nobody is give resolution.

      Without any resolution relianceteam resolved my complaint. Daily i have lock thecomplaint in customer care for the same issue.

        I have purchased reliance 3g dongle from one of the distributor in kolkata just 2 months before.For last one month I see that performance speciallly in morning time below average.Most of the time i can see only 1/2 towers and very frequently upload/download speed becomes 0.0 kb and it last for more than 1 minute also.I have tried to reach customer care by 30333333 as per given in website but it says invalid number.I have tried to contact my distributor also but they are also not supporting me.Under this circumstances I don't find any other option apart from registering my complain in this website.Please find below details

                I recharged my reliance net connect + data card with the number [protected] on 29/9/13 for 800 rs. According to this plan I should get –the plan- but I was denied internet access after just ten days o[censored]sage. Then I called the customer care service many times and they again gave me access after 2 days. Then I was able to use the net for another 10 days but again they denied me access and when I contacted the customer care services they were not replying properly. The plan was for 30 days but they are denying me access after every 10 days after which I have to conduct multiple and lengthy conversations with the customer care executives only to get access for just 10 days after which they again denied me access. They offered me a plan and I subscribed the plan by paying 800 rs but I am not able to realize the benefits of that plan due to their faults and carelessness. This makes me to undergo lot of stress and fell that the corporation like Reliance can cheat the citizens without accountability. I request you to register a complaint and look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

                  Hi, I am using reliance broadband.For the past few months i keep getting the error "DNS not responding". Its so annoying sometimes it will resolve after few mins and most of time its takes hours. I made a complaint abt that and the customer service person told me that he will let the technical team to look it. But until today it didnt get it fixed. It frustrate me at times as its not reliable at all and sometimes it get disconnected in the middle of transaction. i will be great if someone fix this as its driving me up the wall.                   im getting this problem only when i connect it through my wireless router.I called the customer care and they said they dont have the(knowledge date base) resource to fix that and they purely support wired broadband only( i mean only LAN).My mobile number is same please call me on dat same number as the other day i couldnt pick ur call.
                  after an extensive search i changed the DNS to static one and fixed the issue

                        I had requested for a MNP from my Reliance GSM postpaid service 15
                        days back and also the verification for my new operator - Airtel has
                        been done. But, now as i enquired from Airtel, they have told me that
                        the status on their system shows that my MNP has been rejected by
                        Reliance and the reason has not been mentioned.

                        When I approached the Reliance customer care, they said that their
                        systems does not reflect any portability request from my end. I am in
                        a fix now. Could you please help me in this matter or suggest me the

October, according to which no pack benefit is applicable for that particular day and all calls & sms are charged as per normal plan & accordingly I was charged on 14th. Now when the pack benefits are not applicable on the black out days, then how they can charge Pack rentals without providing the benefit of the same. Hence I claim for the Pack rental discount for the same. Not only for this month but for all the previous black out periods.

                                  Dear Sir, This is Tejas Chhatriwala from Mumbai My Mobile number is [protected] This is in context to the complain regarding horrible service and mental harassment done by the Company Reliance Communications since the day I have shifted to the network. 3 months back I shifted to this network Reliance Communications and from the day one i started facing issues right from giving me wrong data and service plan to no network in many places specially walkeshwar area. I was given wrong data plan instead of 4 GB plan applied by me and was even charged for the 300 MB plan which was given by mistake, after utilizing my 300 mb plan my service stopped and was not working for 3-4 days even after several complains, Immediately after this problem got resolved they showed problems with my verification stating that no one is staying at the residence, but how is that possible as my family is staying there for more than 40 years. In the entire thing my phone was disconnected for more than 8 days. Luckily Few days went good but soon after 20 days I started getting ZERO network at my Nepean Sea Road house, I had to stay without any network for 4 days using another service and paying extra for that service. Thankfully My Service was active after few days with NO Compensation from Reliance Communications Immediately after this another problem started in a weeks time with Credit Limit stating my credit limit given by Reliance Communications was only 2200, Its surprising and foolish of any company who knows that the plan taken by the client is of high value and will receive 1500 bill on an average how can any company give a limit like this ???? Also My Previous Operator had given me a credit limit of 4000. Because of this my National Calling and Smses were barred. And Again in 2 days another problem arise, My house started showing ZERO Network Again Now I am tired of calling again and again to a company which is pathetic in terms of service I am surprised how can they Run a company like this which has problems in all the department, its nothing but cheating customers. I am Surprised that they have zero network is places like Walkeshwar and Neapen Sea Road, They have network issue all thought the City of Mumbai Right now I am at a stage where my outgoing is bared for NO REASON there is NO Network at my Residence and if you can Reliance Customer service they dont answer or give solution to this If all this is not solved, Ill be left with no other option but to register a Case against Reliance Communications. regards, Tejas Chhatriwala Mobile Number +91 [protected]

                                      I have leased out my land, situated at Nazareth, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin Dist, Tamil Nadu to Reliance Infocomm Ltd for putting up their tower on December 2004. I was receiving the lease amount as per their agreement regularly by 1st week of every month. Now it is getting delay. Last month I received the same only on 18th by getting the credit into my Bank, Axis Bank, Tirunelvelli. This month, now 22 days have been lapsed. I have not received this so far. Whether I will receive the same or not. This is required for my family maintenance.

                                        Hello, I was using 2 reliance data cards 3 months ago with advance rental plans. However, once 3 month's time period was completed I was looking for a better plan and suddenly a guy called Arun Pandey approached me who works for Reliance communication, commerce house, Prahlad nagar Garden, Ahmedabad. According to him 3 month's time period was over and he suggested to go for 2 new dongles because Reliance was going to charge me heavy amount on monthly basis (Basically prepaid account was about to be converted to a postpaid one). This guys convinced me to go for new dongles and he was very smart enough to give promises. I issued 2 cheques of amount Rs. 1349 each and waited for him to send me dongles. Days had passed on and I kept on calling him but he never used to pick up my calls. Suddenly after 15 days he picked up my call and issued a dongle number "[protected]". I tried to work out with this dongle but it was not working at all. However, my billing cycle was active and money meter was running all the time. I called him so many times but he never replied me back. After 15 days more which is total 1 month he came to me and issued 2 new dongles. 1. Dongle number [protected]. 2. Dongle number [protected]. Both were supposed to be working on advance rental for 3 months and I had already paid in advance to Reliance. However, dongle number [protected] doesn't have any details of advance rental and this guy had converted this to post paid connection with monthly charges of Rs. 750 or something. Second dongle [protected] is working properly with advance rental and I do not have any issue with it. My problem here is that I had already paid him advance cheques for 2 dongles and in return all I had was nothing but I had to pay for postpaid connection. Every month I am getting bills of Rs. 750 and for another dongle [protected], which was not working at all has a bill of Rs. 578 and I have a legal notice from Reliance now. I tried to call this guy so many times but he never picked up my phone. One day I called him from unknown numbers and he picked up my phone. However, his answers were very abusing. He said he will not pay for anything and I will have to pay Rs. 1450 or something for a dongle to work on 3 month's advance rental now. I tried to convince him but he threatened me with lot of abusive words. I would request you to kindly consider my case and get me my money back. I have enough evidence with phone call conversation recordings to show you guys. Person who contacted me for Reliance is "Arun Pandey" and his number is [protected].                                         I needed a broadband connection so I searched on net and called in many stores of reliance!! Aftr dat a call came from number [protected] and he said he is from reliance communication and will give me the broadband connection in my area ! He said be ready with documents and payment that is 2160 2morow !! As he said he came next day and took my documents and payment and said reliance agent will come in 2 days for ur setup! But for the next 5 days nobdy came!! I called he said there is some technical issue thats y we delayed ! Again for next five days nobody came!! I called he said reliance connection is not possible in that area!! I said okay give me the airtel broadband connection then! He said okay airtel agent will come 2morrow for installation!! But nobody came! And afterwards the his mobile gets switched off till now!! He gave me some kind of slip where CAF NO. is mentioned [protected] reliance communications
