I want to complain about the poor customer service extended by Reliance Customer care executives. They have adopted a very unproffessional trend in their follow up of any tickets raised with their service desk. They simply close the tickets and open new ones when the customer follows up for the updates, while the original issue remains unresolved. I have personally experienced this behaviour quite a few times. Let me specify on the latest one :
I logged a compliant with the service desk on mail on[protected] and was assigned ticket no.[protected]. However, there were no updates forthcoming from the customer care. Upon subsequent follow ups from my end, I was told that the old ticket has been closed and a new one opened,[protected] and[protected] till date, while the issue still remains unresolved.
I hope my complaint is taken into cognizance and the competent authority will look into it and try to check this unproffessional trend in the Reliance Customer care desk.
