To Whom so ever it may concern
This is to complain about the newly bought data card connection dated 16.01.2009. The receipt cum acknowledgement number of Reliance Communications is [protected]. The cash Rs.2820.00 has been paid to your representative with the desired documentation. The formal enquiry for the said connection has been done on 20.01.2009
After this there is no call from any of your office / call centre / responsible authority or representative to give further connection number or user id etc. to make the card functional.
Undersigned had been trying to get in touch with Mr.Jagjeet Singh (Mobile Number – [protected] ) and Mr.Prashant (Mobile Number – [protected]) who had told that they will call back once the enquiry is through, out of these two gentleman’s nobody bother to pick up the call or call back in lieu of missed call on their COMPANY mobile or generally people call back at least in courtesy to just check who was bothering on their mobile.
Not even this undersigned had tried a lot with all your given numbers i.e.:

011 – 3033 5555

But every buddy says this is not in their scope of services “ your call has landed in the wrong department” and a long hold on almost all the numbers.
Now this is the last try with your email id’s. now after this even if nobody reply from your company, undersigned straight away shall go to the AUTHORIZED LEGAL DAPRTMENT to get the value for the money being paid.

I have purchased reliance data card from Vriti Interactive.
Contact person Mr. Karan (Cell No. [protected]).
Till the date, data card not started and he is not responding me.
If my data card will not start than I will go in consumer court & complain in police station regarding c hitting me.
Please take the necessary action and start my connection.
