I have stopped using reliance data card from the month of January.
I submitted the request[protected] to terminate the connection on 3rd March 09
On 4th march i paid the outstanding bill.
The reliance web world representative told me that I will get a confirmation call in 15 days.
When i asked why there is a delay of 15 days, he said thats how the company works.
So desperately i was waiting to recieve the call
I received a call from their representative in around 10 days.
I said that i want to terminate the connection.
I again received the bill for that month.
I paid that bill to foolishly .
Next month i was surprised when my parents told me that some reliance recovery guy visisted my home and asked them to pay the bills.
I checked with the reliance web world and customer care . SHOCKED to find my connection has not been terminated.
On enquiry i was told that i have opted for continuing the connection.
I was frustrated again i gave a request for termination again as i did not want the reliance guys to harass my parents.
Today is the month of June, i received the call today that i have to pay the bills.
I went to the reliance web world the lady told me she cant do anything.i dont understand what they are doing sitting in the web world.
She gave anumber of her seniors s senior who never recieved my phone calls.
Customer care again recorded my call and told me that the connection will be terminated in next 15 days.
This is end less i have atleast 10 differnet service ID s or whatever.
i am constantly tortured by the services.
i am disturbed by the harrasssment caused to may parents.
This is the worst service i have ever received.
Peope are rude and they dont knnow about there systems atall.
they enter wrong data or whatever and ask us to pay the bills.
Please suggest someone some way to come out of this S**t.
