[Resolved]  Reliance Energy Limited — not provide any help to the employee of company

Respected Sir

I sarika Nalawade daughter of Late Mr.Shashikant Nalawade, he was emplyee of BSES for 26 years.BSES take over by Reliance Energy Ltd.BSES had policy that if its employee dies on duty then one of his family member get job in the company to stabalised after his death.
my father death on 22.08.04 so enquired for that policy of to keep his one of family member in office after his death, but relaince person said we don't have this policy. if we see to settled all the claim of the death person it takes more then 3-4 month, so please tell me how to servive his family. in my family my father was earning person. i am working in small company and get 4500/- per month.that was very difficult period of my family after my father death.no body bother about us how we survive.
now i got married no singe earning perosn on my family. now in my family total five people, mother, grany, and three sister, they three are studing.
u tell me in this case company can't change its policy to help family member of his employee after his death
