[Resolved]  Reliance Energy Ltd — Consumer Harrasement by reliance staff

Dear Sir / Madam

I am a resident of Mumbai,residing with my family members in Bandra west area since 70 years,I have my electricity supply since the time of BSES and have maintained a very good record of bill payments where I have tried my best to pay the bills on time avoiding outstanding,but one of your staff member (Mr.Mallesh) without any information and prior notice just comes to my resident and removes the cut out and says that due to non payment of bill this is being done,although the due date was still valid.
Let me also inform you that there are number of people having outstanding bills for more than six months but your staff people come and take some upper money(outer source of income)from them and fill their own pocket.
This is my keen request to REL pls dont let this happen other wise this issue may be taken to upper sources and also to media.
