Sir,
I have purchased a car through Orange Auto showroom, located at Pedawaltair Jn., Visakhapatnam on Aug 03, 2011.
The showroom personnel insisted thatI should purchase te auto insurance through the showroom agents only.
Rliance general insurance was selected for the purpose.
At The time of the purchase, I have submitted my NCB for 50% discount on my auto insurance from my earlier vehicle.
However, the insurance agent and the showroom personnel collected the full fee of the insurance stating that the NCB shall be refunded within a few days by check from the insurance company.
However , the amount was not refunded to us at all.
Over the last one year , we have made several calls and visited the showroom and the reliance auto insurance offices several times and am being bounced from one to the other with various alibis , excuses and stories.
Sir, I am a woman living alone and handling the general affairs of my house while my husband is employed elsewhere and is unable to fight with these people for our rightful gains.
