I am requesting once again to delete the complaint in full given by manish, otherwise i have no option left, but to file a defamatory case against you as you are tarnishing my image in your google search. treat this as final notice. I have got a claim number on[protected] during the claim a message was receivd on my mobile that the promod jamdade is the surveyor with mob no.[protected] by messaging that he will call you for surveying the damagad/accidented vehicle, but no communicaion is received from the man/surveyor engaged for the job till 5 days and also when we are trying to call the given surveyors number wich was not conneting always, finally I told the matter and called on[protected] to the garrage people who are connected with the repair work(i.e Fortune cars PVT.LTD.), they have given the another surveyors mob.No.[protected] Mr.Aditya bosle, now anyway the work is started and finally the work is finished on[protected] and expedeture bill was also mailed to the reliance genral insurace company, when I am calling to the surveyor mr.Aditya bosle for delivering my vehicle he is telling that I am on leave from[protected] to[protected].when Iam asking him who is your substitute during the leave perion so that I can deal with him, he is not giving any answer.
actually garrage has consumed 6 days time for completing the job (i.e.from[protected] to[protected], but even today my vehicle is not reaching to my home, because I am suffering for my daily travellings without my vehicle. All above is because of your rectless promptness and rectless services only that's what we learned from your system and we are ultimatly irritated by facing so many problems for your hopeless time results from your side(i.e.company).Now I am finally requesting you plaease deliver my vehicle as early as possble, to resolve my daily problems. my claim details are

Reliance genral insurance Car insurance — Complaint against insurance service
I would like to inform you that I am not able to take benefit of cashless facility due to Reliance staff mistake only.This is the second time where I am facing this problem with your company. I had claimed insurance in the month of Feb’09 and relinace surveyor was not given cashless facility because engine/ chassis no. was not mentioned in the policy. I had submitted required document to reliance branch and after one month and regular follow-ups with Reliance branch (Complaint no- 199983, dated 21.02.2009) I had received payment from Reliance company.
Again I have claimed insurance through claim no- ([protected]) and again Reliance surveyor (Mr. Harish) is not giving cashless facility just because of the same above mentioned reason. So again I have to take follow up with your branch and again I have to submit document….. This is wrong and so irritate for me …why I am suffering again and again just because of Reliance staff mistake.
Request you to please look in to this matter and help in getting to provide cashless facility.
