Three days passed, you have no courtesy to reply the customers query, this is the best service you are giving in the net work industries. I’ve never seen such a ir-responsible network because i do posses other network services also. All are friendly with my problem, but, you are least bothered about your customer. This would be my last request and i know what to do, if you do not go through my problem and find the right solution i,e de-activating the meaningless service and refunding the deducted amount, i have no option other than going to consumer court otherwise you will keep on doing this every month. Therefore, act immediately to keep your supremacy and stop calling frequently through different numbers. I want immediate response from you. It is not only me lot many people are complaining against your service. In case I do not get any reply from you with in72 hours I will be handing over this issue / case to Consumer court at Mangalore.

I would like to inform you that I have been debitted a some charges for some servicess by Reliance without my consent and also I was not knowing the type of servicess on 8th December 2010. I have not requested for any new services in which i am not at all interested. Knowing this on 9th I had contacted your costomer care office and informed them this problems and de activate the services which I had not requested, twice, both the CC Excutives promised me that the service will de activated immidiatly and send me confirmation message, so far I have not recived any such message and the the amount has not refunded till today.
Therefore, I request you once again to look in to this issue and de activate the service immidiatly and refund the deducted amount under intimation to me.
I would like to inform you once again, that I should not be disturbed for any other servises other than Existing SMS Pack.
