Hai,
I have taken a medical Insurance from Reliance for my Father & Mother, I have been renewing the same from last 2year. This year i have not received the renewal notice form Reliance healthwise medical insurance and when it was investigated it was found that the policy has been lapsed. Now they are not ready to renew the same policy.They are also not willing to issue the new policy . They require all the medical report again and will decide after seeing the reports only.I want to log a complaint against reliance healthwise mediclaim insurance in consumers forum.
Kindly suggest the way out of this.
