Reliance Communication — FULL Settlement lying pending after resigning from the company

Dear Sir,

This is my second remainder to you. I have already made a complaint to you but hav't got any response from your side. If you would't help me then who else can do. Actually i was the employee of reliance communication. My full settlement after resigning, has been lying pending.

I seek your support in getting my Full & Final done which has been pending since long.

I would also like to bring to your notice that at the time of leaving the organisation i had 108 leaves in my account, but i got the amount for only 59 leaves. The amount given is as per the basic but at the time of joining it was told that leave encashment would be as per CTC.

Also, Rs 1500/- has been deducted towards mobile handset reimbursement even after completing 3yrs in the organisation. I have also been charged for ID Card which i submitted back to Mr. Kunal (HR).

Request your kind support in getting my Full & Final done.

Only the higher position pupil enjoy in this company... but the front office is really suffering, and very bad attention towards front office staff... apart of appraisal nothing else is in our hand, please treat mployees as employees not as slaves, also please hire pupil who atleast know how to respect an employee in an organization, coz all slum languages ar being used here and its really embrasing for us to work her, please take some action.

My self Randhir Singh Bhandari Sr.B.D.Executive location chandigarh. I m working with Reliance last 20 month on the Roll of RHRS till date. There is no promotion, no salary increment facility available. As per offer letter u can earn incentive upto Rs 20k but incentive process very poor. I m not getting my incentive according to incentive slap. Poor salary structure, poor incentive scheme. Is there any process to increase salary and improvement of Incentive payout. I have more than 4 years experience in Direct sales.

first of all RHRS so far is a professionally managed recruitment arm, and never join it for short term career, no company is more serious for their people than Reliance, people trying to take just salary and doing no work will never been entertained by the company, and regarding appraisal any individual have to perform well to climb up in corporate, things are very smooth comparing to other recruitment and third party payroll companies, you people have eaten the salt of Reliance and spoiling its name here on this website!! for your kind information RHRS is currently managing more than 35, 000 employees pan India and numbers are growing...
