I took new RIM connection on 21st May 2009. and recharged my account with Rs 999.00 to get the RIM to RIM STD free for 30 days and with Rs 50.00 for main balance, after 2 days my account balance become Rs 2.00 and now I am unable to call any other mobile number. when I called Customer Care he told me u didn't recharge with 999.00 but still i am having the msg which is got after recharging the account. Reliance India Mobile — Service bad and also cheating customers.

I had charged [protected] with Rs. 365/- on 03.04.08 and assured by the salesman that the call rates will be reduced for a year but after about six months it has been changed to normal rate plan. Customer care nos. are not being connected since a month.
This is what called the best service.

Yes their customer service is very very very bad. Yesterday I was not able to send sms so i called at 198(the customer service no.) but when i choosed to talk to customer service representative the they disconnected the call
