reliance landline fixed phone — excess of bill generated but company is not able to give the detail

i am using reliance communication fixed line land line phone... i have recently taken the new connection and the number is[protected].. i had called the reliance toll free number.. bt the answer to which i received was that as i have not applied for the bill detail before the bill got generated.. by which they could not give the necessary detail about the bill.. my question to them was that we have the right to get any information about anything in india if its legal.. if i am the owner of that number i have the right to know if i think the number is been misused by them aur by some one from our company.. so what should i do.. they are not ready to tell me.. so please help me in getting my rights to know the detail of the bill so i can find the person who is missusing the number.. my contact detail is.. vivek churiwal - [protected], my email id is- [protected]@gmail.com
