this is ankit agarwal from lucknow.I have a reliance landline phone with internet connection also and it has been not working since 3-4 days. i had logged the complaint many times at the office but no action has been taken.
An officer of your company's service centre Mr. RAJESH SINGH came to have a look at the home but no response. He was just saying that it will be done in no time. But there are no results. Can i know what is this? Is this is way how you handle your costumers.

I want some action to be taken now.
