Reliance Mobile/Cell phone — Cell number outgoing calls not activated

I lost my mobile hand set number ([protected]) on 23 of August 2007. To prevent any misuse I called customer care and got my outgoing call deactivated. The next day I bought a new hand set from Noida sec. 12/22 web world, where I had my previous number intact with the new set. But only the icoming calls no outgoing calls activated. So, I explained all to web world people and the customer care. This has been my regular duty since then uptil now to visit the web world and talk to the customer care, but all has gone to waste as my outgoing calls are still not activated.

Morever, this is too much frustrating because I can't respond to any one calling on my mobile. This way I can lose my job. So, for heaven's sake activate this.

I recharged my mobile on 24 Aug 07 from Reliance Webworld Mhow, Indore for 1 month validity. My mobile was rechrged and validity got extended but since then I am not able to recieve any incoming calls and neither am I able to make any outgoing calls. Reliance Webworld Mhow, Indore staff are not responding to my complaints. Moreover, they are not recieving any calls made by me from my alternate number on the subject above mentioned. I am very unhappy with this kind of customer service delivered by Reliance. I request your urgent attention and appropriate action to restore my services. My reliance no. is (+91) [protected].
I bought my Reliance LG Mobil from Nagpur (Rs.1500/-) and it has validity up to 28/02/08 and till now it was having balance about 1200/- but suddenly balance is showing to be NILL and my out going calls are Barred

So my Request to look after my my complaint seriously please get me my 1200/- balance back

1. That from the said connection I was making frequent outgoing calls and receiving incoming calls without any repercussions.

2. That on 24.11.2008 the facility of outgoing calls from my connection was deactivated without any reason and prior intimation despite payment of outstanding bill amount for the month of October 2008.

3. That due to deactivation of the said facility I was unable to make important calls causing mental agony, harassment and immense hardship suffered to me.

4. That the company is under an obligation to provide a specific and valid reason before deactivation of such facility.

5. That in view of the above it is humbly requested you to kindly make the outgoing calls facility operative from today itself.

2.But today on march 6th, 2009 the facility of outgoing calls from my connection was deactivated without any reason and prior intimation despite payment of Rs 799 on STV for unlimited std calls on reliance mobile for one month.So, it is valid upto till 5th april, 2009.
3. That due to deactivation of the said facility I was unable to make important calls causing mental agony, harassment and immense hardship suffered to me.

4. That the company is under an obligation to provide a specific and valid reason before deactivation of such facility.

5. That in view of the above it is humbly requested you to kindly make the outgoing calls facility operative from today itself.

Dear Sir,
My aircel no is [protected] for my number outgoing facility is deactivated and i compliant to customer care and they told within 1/2 an hour it will be ok but till now its not activated. so i humbly request u to make the needful for me
