[Resolved]  Reliance Money - Demat Account — Problem in Account Opening Application No:637338

Problem in Account Opening
1) I have paid Rs 500 Cheque of (HDFC Bank ) for opening of Online Trading & Demat Account. The acknowledgement receipt 637338 , I had pait the cheque in Nerul branch of Navi Mumbai. The amount was debited from my HDFC bank account.
2) Since I didn't receive the welcome kit nor any status message, I have called up Kalpana Ambavane ([protected]) who doesn't take the calls. I have also try to call on Chembur Branch office[protected]/[protected] which are switched off and the customer support no.[protected]always busy).

Request you to provide me the escalation level or other alternative so that i can get my dmat account created.
But one thing I realized that the worst customer service is being provided by Relaince Money. The email Id: customer.[protected]@reliancemoney.co.in is also a fake id as we didn't receive any reply from them & secondly the helpline no. provided above is of no use.

Please help me if anyone can.
