I bought a relaince netconnect datacard on dec1st 2012, just 10 days by now. I was promised to get 3.1 mbps of speed on my card before 5gb usage and 144 kbs after that.
I am calling the customer care people continuosly for last 4 days no one is giving me right solution. Even I visited the store where I bought the data card. They are asking me to go some where else which 20kms far from my residence. They are saying all cock and bull stories at the beginning but not supporting the same after we became customer to them.
This is how Anil Ambani wants to became rich by looting Indian common people. This is not only relaince many cases like this with every service provider in India. The government itself supporting the stupid fellows. What is the solution for my problem. I support the people who are escaping from paying the bills to the services providers after utilizing them. Thats the right way to teach them the lesson.
