I have purchased a reliance netconnect broadband+ connection (their new high speed broadband) with their offer of 2 month free usage(Broadband+ 10GB Plan ... Rs. 1750/-) in the month of march but after seven days o[censored]sage it was suspended for about a month due to some of their technical mistakes ... No satisfied info was provided by the customer care executives as Why my connection is suspended ... the customer care executives just told me to visit the local Reliance Web World for the same ... But i was unable to find a satisfied answer there ... I was mentally harassed by the reliance executives and their technical department ...
Now the whole procedure carried on till a month after which my connection was restarted ...
The person responsible for all this i think is the one from whom i purchased the Net Connect Broadband+ Connection ... I am mentioning his name and his Reliance Web World address so that you all be aware of the man who is doing fraudulent activities and cheating his customers ...
His name and contact number is Rajiv Thakur - "[protected]" his reliance Web World is located at "Rani Kuti Kolkata West Bengal"
So be aware of the man and do tell him that he would be punished for his misdeeds ...
Now the problem is that i faced so many difficulties and was mentally harassed for about a month ... and i have taken the connection with the offer where i would get a two months(60 Days) of internet usage free i.e., I was subscribed to their plan "Broadband+ 10GB Plan" for two months where i can transfer 10GB of data each month ... Now as my connection was suspended i was unable to use the services for the period and so i should get a waiver for the same ...
Now when i called their customer care they declined to take my complaint and said that all the bills generated are correct and ...
So what all you say about the cheat that they are doing to their customers ... should we take it as a challenge and punish both Rajiv thakur and Reliance for the reason legally ... I would definitely file a case against both of them as i wasted lot of time, money and mind in the issue ... Was this information helpful? |
