I was sold a faulty Netconnect Broadband by Reliance store at Sector 6, CBD Belapur. They charged me Rs 3800.00 when then the cost of this announcedby reliance in Internet is only 3500.00. The equipment is not working properly from the date of installation & the store refused to register warranty service or accept facts. Already the first bill is raised & I have duly paid it. I had a complaint with relaince once and I wrote an email to these address. Just email your complaint to these address and you can receive a quick response. You can also go to the site and I think the company has a pdf file which has Anil Ambani's email address. Just check that out or just email it to the below given.

I have purchased a USB Modem from the MG Road Reliance branch. But it is not providing satisfactory
internet connection even after 4 months. Eventhough I repeatedly requested to rectify the complaints,
the reliance officials told that it was due to the virus problem. Atlast I found out that it was not due to virus problem but the equipment was a defective one. Then I changed to BSNL usb modem which started functioning in the beginning itself. The Reliance official did not do anything to our grievance.
