My Story is the same. I bought the Datacard and given the money and documents. The guy who taken my documents and money lost his phone. and he tell me that he cannot contact me. he need some more documents...I gave hi the company letter head and the sign and seal of our manager.But he is saying after 5 days that it is xerox! I told him to return my cash. After that he didn't call me...Now i am going to web world again for activation. What a useless company and crew...
i decided to use internet with reliance brodband. i contact with reliance customer. he came my house and taken rs 500 in advance. i filled all the documents correctly. next day i recevied the call of rel. company. i got this call on 8th september. and now today is 14 november.there are no responce from company & that person. i contact with that person many time but they do not help me. i want my cash return early as soon. help me. my no. is [protected].

1.after getting it recharged with a proper amount the service become unavailable. when i call customercare at *369 or *333 they always ask for a time period of 30mins, 1hr, 24hr, then 48hr, 120hrs. In spite of having the sufficient time period for solving the problem they become unable. After that they avoid the calls & i become totally helpless with "RELIANCE Net-Connect". My request is either you solve these problem or you stop the services.
