I was informed that Refund DD has been generated and sent through courier. But I have not received it yet.

Even i was given DD number and promised to deliver the same within 10 days, but after almost 1 month I am yet to receive the same.

Could you please look into this matter and resolve it ASAP.

I have closed my account ([protected]) in July and paid all due from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit (1250/-) has to be refunded at the time of closing the account I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back. I am yet to get my amount back even my last statement shows -1250 as balance.

Today I am again receipt of reminder for payment of Rs 1120.67 at the earliest mentioning as this month charges..

Complaint Against Reliance Communication ADAG.
4 months ago, I have ported my post paid mobile no. [protected].
They have not refunded my deposit of rs. 2000.
Please HELP

My name is ARVIND KR PATHAK, I have port my Post paid mobile no. [protected] in 2017 to JIO Mobile, due to Reliance Mobile unfortunately stop there service in ASSAM Circle without any prior information. I paid Rs. 2000/- as security amount against my Reliance No. also I had paid all dues from my side. As this was post paid connection and security deposit of Rs.2000/- is to be refunded at the time of closing the account. I would like to know how and when I would get the amount back. Till date there is no any communication from Reliance co. side. Finally I try to communicate from here. Please help to refund my security amount which was recorded in their account properly.
