Reliance Prepaid — 650 rs E-Recharge Complaint

Hi,

This is regarding the 650 rs std calling card, i am a reliance prepaid user, i used to recharge with 650 rs e- recharge and got the rs 589.30 balance & night calling Rim to Rim free,

two days back i saw this recharge details again on your website, and again got confirmation from customer care executive that this recharge is available,

Today (4 june-09) i recharged my number with the same 650 rs amount through E-recharge, but i got only rs 428.30 balance in my main account insted of the actual scheme.I am having the confirmation sms for the same, i called in customer care i did not get the proper resolution regarding the same.

I need the rs 589.30 calling card balance & as well as free night calling, please do the needful, because the disatisfaction level is increasing day by day.

Kindly provide me the actual scheme(589.30 bal & 11pm-6am R-R free std) ASPS, for which i recharged my nummber, otherwise i'll take the furthur action.
