Dear Sir,
In the last week I observed that the caller Tune service has been activated thrice on my cell without my knowledge and the service has been charged to me. In one case there was a song also downloaded. When I brought this to the notice of the Customer service staff he was not interested in my problem and simply tried to convey me that the service has been activated from my side and he would not take any complaint regarding the same. In spite of me explaining it to him that the service was not activated from my side and I wanted to lodge a complaint regarding the same he bluntly refused to lodge a complaint. I am surprised by the attitude of the customer service executives and the supervisors as they simply don't lodge a complaint on the said problem. Of what use is the C.S.C. when the complaint of the customer is only not heard.
I look forward to a solution on the problem as I have been cheated thrice by Reliance communication, 30 Rs deducted from my balance for a service which I never subscribed and regarding the Customer service which simply does not take complaints on the problem stated.
