This is Mr Kunal Goe, M.com(Hons) from Tinsukia, ASSAM. I have a prepaid mobile connection of Reliance smart & my number is [protected]. I had recharged my prepaid account with a voucher of Rs. 399/- (BOL INDIA BOL) on 24/07/2009. According to this plan i was supposed to get reliance to reliance Free for 30 days within ASSAM. But, i didn't get the same. I had compaint the same on 25/07/09 at relaince customer care. They told me your problem will be sorted within 72 hrs. Again after 72hrs i called them to solve the problem, they again asked me for another 48 hrs. And so on i called them every day, but their reply was same...within 48hrs your problem will be solved. But, till date, i.e. 5/8/09 my problem has not been solved. This is very embrassing. Reliance considers themselves the best service brand in India but this is the service they are giving. reliance prepaid mobile connection — Forced caller tune subscription
Dear Reliance communications, this is to bring to your kind attention that I received a message on sunday i.e.16th Nov mentioning that a caller tune has been setup on my mobile and Rs. 15 has been dedcuted and the same will happen on 14 Feb 2009. I was surprised as I had not initiated this. I immediately called customer service and lodged a complaint no. 80470596.After a day I received a message saying that this compaint has been closed and money has been deducted against CRBT. Since then I have called the customer service 3 times and they either tell me that I must have initiated this service or ask me to call after 30 minutes as they are not able to get the details from the system.
This is pathetic condition of the system which they are accessing and worst condition of the customer service. I am sorry to say but for Rs. 15 I must have spent more than 2 hours of my time and the mental agony that I have gone through talking to the customer service. I would love to drag you to the consumer court.
