Reliance, Prepaid Mobile Service — Unwanted services

I m mohammed shafi.. Had prepaid connections [protected], i m fade up of receiving a screen msg from 57886 as we try to cancel it soon we receive unwanted gk sms in our inbox and rs.3 gets deducted..In a single day it hasppens 10 to 15 time and our balc show minus amt.. I fear to top up.. On calling customer care.. They say you had send a msg to special no.. On asking them to get rid of this servise.. They say they dont have control on this.. Nobody is there to help u.. U simply get up.. So easily they cheat us and deduct hand ful of amt.. As i m middle class, this things disturb our budget.
