My father Mr.Sahebrao Patil he is using Reliance CDMA Prepaid connection Mobile no [protected] Since last 4 years. but some amount deducted from his account (Rs.20) yesterday. I already discussed with customer care one executive she told me you have activated "Masti songs" scheme or something. But my father is lliterate person he know only using outgoing and incoming. so, how is it possible to activate any scheme. so, i am requesting you to please Refund the amount in his mobile no.

First of all it is regretted so inform you that your customer care services especially at 198 is very poor. Always it says that 'This route is busy' at it is happening since last two months. The complaint is that I have paid an amount of Rs. 58/- for one paisa / per second tarrif plan on
11 Oct 12. The message I have not deleted and is available for the said payment. It is not known as to why the same has not been activated till now. It is requested to activaten the same and refund my access amount deducted from 11 Oct 12 to till date.
