I had purchased a Hitachi AC from Reliance Digital located at Fun City Mall Shahadra in Sept 2009. At the end of the first year of free service that was provided by Reliance Digital, they sold me a four year AMC- which was to be serviced by Reliance RESQ (situated within Reliance Digital outlet). I opted for this AMC on July 3, 2010 and paid the required amount of 2206 by cheque from my ICICI bank account. I was given a receipt (receipt No 851) of the same by RESQ. My account was debited for the amount within a week of this, however, it has been over 6 months and i am still to receive any policy of AMC or any service. I have visited the RESQ desk at Reliance digital at least 10 times and have been told that the policy is getting despatched. I cant get my servicing done without the policy and have no answer as to how and when i will get my policy. I think RESQ is just cheating its customers. Strangely, there is no phone number listed on the receipt that was given.It only mentions an address A-175 Sector 63, Noida. There is no website or any phone number mentioned of this anywhere online.
Is there anyway i can get my money back from RESQ.
