i have make prepaid my card by deposit money in advance
on 20 july 2008 around 9 p.m. i visit reliance fresh located in jhotwara jaipur
i have selected my prodoct and go cash counter
after billing i present my prepaid card for payment the sales man throw the card on my mouth and tellme i want cash . and after cancelled my bill
it is not fair to coustomer
sir please take action as soon as possible other vise i know my consumer right very well

take action immediatly because coustomer is the king of market

Reliance Retail — Milk Issue

Dear Sir,

Iam a regular costumer of your reliance retail. Today I had got an issue with your retail shop at Phase -2 Patiala (Punjab).
I had taken 3 packets of milk on 16 Nov 2008 bill no c1283 #0114 at around 18:34: Hrs.
When I opened these packets bad smell was appearing from these packets the milk was totally worn-out. The milk was totally unfit for drink. I had immediately reported at reliance Fresh shop at Phase-2 Patiala with my bills but they refused to take it back even denied to give my cash back to me. I had also told this to Reliance senior officer Mr. Rohit Chaudhary but no proper solution was given to me & asked me to talk in morning.

Sir as I am a costumer /Sufferer takes this mail as my intimation I will to in Consumer court for my justice.

I have applied in the july.2008 month for my provident fund office in karnal. But my provident fund is not diposit in my account. please my provident fund deposit in my account.

mane reliance retail ke relianc fresh yamuna nagar me lag bhag 1 year kam kiya. jisme mera P.F. kata jata thaa. muje P.F. No. bhi mil gaya thaa jo ki ( HR/35771/23 ) hai. muje provident fund ka form bhare huye lagbhag 7 ya 8 Mahine ho gaye hai lekin mera P.F. abhi tak mare account me nahi ayaa hai. mere pass regional provident fund office karnal me form jama krane ke bad mili hui rasid bhi hai. par abhi tak mera p.f. nahi ayaa hai . kripa mera p.f. jaldi mere account me jama kra de.

Once i am working in Reliance Fresh Retails shop in T.V.K. Nagar at perambur, my employe No is 60015973. i am also releave your consern. pls inform my PF Details

Reliance Retail — Inferior quality - Feedback

The spices that reliance retail has in their private label is of very low quality. Even neighbourhood kirana store has good quality spices. Advice to Reliance retail private label team to improve quality of spices. I always shop from Dmart or More for spices.
