Me, Debasish from Belpahari, My Mob No. is [protected]. There is no network from 7th Octobet to till now. Now I'm very much suffering to communicate with peoples. Plese take necessary action.Reliance Smart Connection — cheating ,,,,, fraud
sir/mam,On 2nd feb 2010,, i recharge my phone with night pack of Rs.59(unlimited talk time 11pm to 6am). later on i come to know that is not unlimited talk time,, it also have some limit of 1,50,000 sec, ok no problem with this also ,,, and i finished this pack limit on 14 feb ,, and on 15 feb again i recharge with Rs 59 and that facility was not provided to me ,, after wards when ever i tried to call at night normal charge were deducted from my account.. i want some action ..

I am manish ranjan and my mobile no. is [protected]. Last night my rs.40/- rupees deducted without any reason than today i talk to customer care than replay me that you activate I don't know what service that is 100% false so It is activated without my permission. Please deactivate this subscription and refund my money.Every month deducted rs.40/- rupees last four five months without any reason.

Reliance Smart Connection — Not Giving Monthly Bill for Usage
Sir,This is Sumit Saxena Having Smart Mobile Connection on the name of My Company - McW Health care Indore Palasia.have taken Connection few months back but never received any Hard copy of Bill .when we complaint then no Positive response was given either on Customer Care or Manually.We have to just call Recovery Boys and pay the Bill to avoid Cutting of Connection and proceed further.but as a corporate Norms i require Hard Copy of Bill to pay it Contiuosly.
Being a Product manage rof the Co. i have many other work ot do and deeply get inconvenience indulging in all these matters.
I am Hereby requesting yu to takre necessary actions and give justice to the working patterns of the System.

Dear Sir,
I use Reliance Smart GSM pre-paid service (West Bengal). I have taken a lifetime connection ([protected]) on May 18, 2006 from Copy Tech at Kharagpur. Last 26th July, 2008 I have got a message that you have success fully activated radio mobile service and cut 30 Rs. but I know I don’t activated any service, but customer care says that they are not activated this service, after that they told call 50100 and deactivated. Last 5 to 6 days ago I am deactivated that service. But suddenly 15.08.2008 I saw again 30 Rs. Cut off my balance and didn’t get any message, when I call customer care ([protected]) they didn’t tell me what service activated in my mobile first one says joke activated another astrology another background music. This causes a lot of inconvenience. So in that situation I didn’t understand what can I do either I kept my balance bellow 10 Rs. or Leave this connection, customer care always reacts very poor behaviors. please do the need full for the same and hence oblige.
