Reliance Smart GSM — Charges more than told

I am complainting on behalf of my brother Mob No. [protected] that on a day of 8th Apr 08 I call the No. [protected] and as per company rule that STD calls rate is Rs 1.99 per pulse. and at the time I use only 35 sec and smart charge Rs. 2.99 whether is machine mistake or it is company funda to make fool the customer.

some problem has occured so i have taken this to sevice centre at badshah nagar they have replaced my battery and pcb from that time battery is not charging properly as this set is in warrenty so plz help in replacing the default set i have wisited your service centre twice but i havent got satisfactory result if you dont reply for this complained then i have to take some legal action.

Smart GSM — Smart GSM pls be SMART !

My Smart Connection No. [protected] i.e. I bought for my internet facility, I gave my Passport size Photo and my Voter ID Card Xerox before taking the connection on 18/08/2008. But after three days my Outgoing is barred still now ! Please look into the matter ! The Retailer and the Distributor all are saying that they have send my documents then what is the mystery behind this ? Please suggest. My another contact no. is +91 [protected]

I bought a connection i.e. [protected] on 18/08/2008 after giving proper document i.e. Xerox of Voter ID Card & My Passport size Photo in the morning whereas I received the connection in the afternoon. After three days only the Outgoing, Incoming, SMS all are barred suddenly. Becoming astonished I went to the Retailer and the Distributor, they all are saying that they have send the document and the connection will be open soon. Today is 24/09/2008, will you please tell me how long more ?

Reliance Smart GSM — extra charging of money.

sir my mobile no. is [protected].
due to non availability of puk no. .
puk no. of my sim is blocked .
and executives are charging around 150 for reissue of that sim.
my sim is with me and it is not working .
pls see to that.

Reliance Smart GSM — over taken money

I have smart old number and i made a recharge on 17oct of Rs51 which is a sms pack in which we receive 400 sms but i didnt receive non of these facilities and then i contact reliance gsm service customer care that the amount changed to Rs49 by the 5th of oct but regret nothing has done by the service provider

I Anshu wants to register a complaint against reliance gsm services.
My no is:[protected] on which few days i activated the gprs plan by paying Rs.299.
Even then i m charged the money from main account on browising or downloading .
I complaint many times by contacting the reliance customer care,where the even refused to accept my complaint.Every time the escaped by making lame excuses.
I urge you to see into the matter and help me out.
