[Resolved]  Reliance Smart Gsm Service — COMPLAINT AGAINST SMART GSM SERVIVE

I have booked 2 Reliance GSM Sim Card in the name of Anand R. Kulkarni & Anagha A. Kulkarni from Reliance Web World, Nar Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra on 07/01/2009. As on date it is not received. Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter personally.

Iam in a deep trouble. My call history to know the dailed calls, recieved calls and missed calls are deleted from my cell phone. The matter is very urgent. Last eight days Chukumedima Network station has not work. This station is located in Dimapur Nagaland

In Rangapahar army cantt Relience GSM service is not good. The Chukumedima network station always creat problem. Before 07 days i.e (20/04/08) it is not work. So that we are facing problem.

COMPLAINT AGAINST RELIANCE SMART SERVIVE

I m an user of reliance mobile smart PRE PAID service since last 5years. My cell no is [protected]. While checking my balance today, it got deducted approx of Rs.104/- without availing any services. This is not the first instance, it happen with me time and again.

A few days ago, i complained about deduction in my balance, but no action has been taken. Also customer care people are very cunningly avoiding to register the complain.

Today, while contacting the customer care at 5.20pm about the issue and to register the complain, they told due to server problem, they people are unable to register my complain and it is a matter of concern that they are not trying to call back about the complain / grievance of the customer.

Kindly register my complain, and i hope u would take a serious action against them .

my smart gsm no is [protected]. i received a SMS from reliance --rechrge with Rs 125/- & get Rs 113/- talktime. make STD calls @ Rs 1/- in day time & 50p between 11pm to 6 am for 30 days. But after recharging ..main balance is showing only Rs 1/-..and the CUSTOMER CARE people are just saying there is no provision for adding up the balance.
solve the problem immedietly.

I purchased a new GSM connetion on 15Feb., 2009(approx.). But after 10 days it stop to do work. I called custmer care about 15 to 20 times but no responce i got till. I also submitted 2 time the ID for this no. BUT reliance office employees did not submitted it further and when i ask the reason of it then they misbehave with me and give my ID to back me and refuse to submit it.
