Reliance/Broadband Device — Activation delays

It's been more than 3 days and i am still not able to connect my reliance internet usb. I am continuously trying but problem is that there are no voice instructions coming from my drive. Then following suggestion of one of your agents, i tried to install and activate my device on 2 more computers but again there were no voice instructions. Probably there is some problem in my device. Since last 3 days, I am constantly calling your executives along with the agent, Mr. Sameer, who sold me this device, but all in vain.

I request you to resolve this problem positively by Monday otherwise return my money and take your device back. This is the poorest form of customer service I have ever seen. Prior to this I was using TATA wiredline internet and there customer service was superb. I am still looking towards you to send some technician to my place with the same eagerness you send agent to sell your device to me.
