RIM — Unknown Deduction
We are fed with this type of deduction, which is neither intimated nor informed through SMS. Where as a number of SMS comes for the things for which RIM charges @ Rs6/Min.If possible let us know the details of deduction for other than dialed calls.

sir ,my 30 rs balance have been deducted for the service which i have not subscribed.this kind of deduction has been done four(two times for fun pack and twice for mantra pack).earlier i have not complained ,but now this is enough.please return the amount deducted.i will be thnkful to you and to your service.thanks with regards.

RIM — Amount deducted from my balance
I had recharged my mobile balance by rupees twenty (Rs. 20.00)dt. 23/09/2010 time 9.15 PM.But the day after tommorro when I checked my balance I have noticed that I am in debit balance
When I talked with customer care they told your balance is deducted due to Joke service activation
which is totally false. My Mobile No is [protected].
I am very poor, I hope you will take necessary action earliest.
I recharge my cell [protected] with 100 Rs and i reieved a call from the company regarding the particular service but i refused for the service. Even then they activate the service on my no. When i tried to know it from the customer care but they dont give a satisfactorily explanation. However when the executive refer the call to his senior Named Rahul Srivastav beside giving the explanation regarding the problem he talked in a rubbish manner and try abushing and he cut the call. So i find it very humilating and unresponsible behavior of your person. So i expect an action for the same.

Its very usual response from RIM customer service, they dont have manner to talk or they might be instructed by their supervisors that no way agree with customer remarks and keep uttering the same record "system showing you activated so you must have activated the service i[censored] want u can deactivate" they will irritate you with their rude reply.RIM is looking for generating revenue by charging customers falsely using these tricks! Shame

RIM — no service from last night
no service from last night only showing tower but unable to make a call.this type of fault doesnot suits such reputed company.on the eve of new year i am unable to make and recieve a call. same happen with me.

Jiske karan mujhe asuvidha ho rahi hai, or mai company change karne par majboor ho raha hun.

Reliance(RIM) — poor service and misbehaviour
Dear Sir,I am a customer since November`07 .There was some problem with the documents and I submitted all my documents completely to the WEBWORLD of Reliance at Haldia on 2/2/08.
But utterly to my surprise the person concerned with the phone number [protected] was misbehaving with me while answering to my queries. Also first time he refused to provide me with any service regarding this.
Although I have got the connection back after a long spell of time, I would like to draw your attention regarding the misbehavior of the person concerned (with phone no.[protected]) as the goodwill of a brand like RIM is hampered by it.
Hence I request you to kindly look after the matter and take necessary action against the person concerned. I also intend to write this issue in The Statesman grievance column. This is for your information and consideration.
