[Resolved]  RELIANCE/SMART — debit from a/c without consent

The no.of my cell is [protected] and holding this no.for last six years.I am badly disturbed by continued unwanted adv.calls,even after requesting with customer care 'Do not disturb". Today when i saw a message that a sum of Rs15.00 has been debited from my balance without my subscription for this service,i tried for more than 30 times to contact with the caller , a toll free no.51234315,a pre recorded voice tuned as 'this facility is not able at this time,make call later on.
I am surprised by such ruthless,irresponsible and unscrupulous service.I am thinking seriously to terminate and drop this no.at earliest.
May the concerned SERVICE PROVIDER look into the matter urgently.

I think that IF ANY ONE DOES NOT HAVE A REASONABLE GROUND TO COMMIT SUICIDE,HE SHOULD
GO FOR A RELIANCE/SMART SIM .
