relieance mobile Postpaid connection — amount charged through ECS after clearing bill amount

I was using reliance postpaid connection mobile no [protected] which i converted to prepaid WEF 3/03/10. There was total outstanding due of 1,758 where i paid 757.86 on 25/02/2010 as suggested by your customer care representative at forum mall web world store in bangalore and 1000 RS was my advance deposit amount. After making payment on 3rd/mar/2010 my no got converted into prepaid. again on 8th/mar/2010 a sum of 1,758. got debited form my icici bank credit card. 00754253**************00069. I really cant understand

i have also logged a complaint to reliance customer care complaint no[protected]

----How any merchent can debit amount without debit authorization. it a kind of fraud and i am taking legal action against relience info com.

-----after clearing all outstanding due why the payment is getting debited from credit card.

I have faced a lots of inconvinience from relince infocom and i am really not satisfied with the service you provide.

I want a quick action in this regards as well the reversal of 1,758,

please suggest how to go about it.
