Sub.: Raising of Bill till 30/09/2008 despite Request for Disconnection Received by your office on 15/09/2008

Dear Sir/Madam


After non-addresal of my complaints by your staff, I was forced to take the painful decision of getting my phone disconnected vide my request dated 15/09/2008. The request was duely filed by me according to prescribed procedure and acknowledgment taken from the concerned office.

Despite all this I was recently served a bill upto 30/09/2008. When I contacted your sector 37 office about the matter, I was told by the concerned staff that no request for disconnection has been received by their office from the SDO of sector 29. As a law abiding citizen I have even paid the wrong bill generated by your accounts department.

It appears to me that my request is not acted upon by your sector 29 office because I have given in writing the reasons for disconnection. You may note that the extreme step of disconnection was taken by me after failure of your staff to set my phone right despite frequent complaints. The phone remaining dead for weeks.

In light of the above cited facts, I request you to order disconnection of my phone No[protected] w.e.f. 15/09/2008 and refend all the excess amount received by your office.

Under sigh is working in Gail (India) ltd which is one of the Navratna PSU & comes under Ministry of Petroleum & Gas. and posted in Jaipur looking after world longest underground LPG pipe line.

Sir, my old age parents are residing in Aligarh, civil lines doodhpur,
I am sorry to say that since 16th sept, 09 our residence land line number[protected] is not in functional, complain was lodged and a person also came to attend but the problem was not solved till date

As they are ailing and around 80 yrs of age I have to be in touch regularly but due to non functional of land line I am unable to contact with them and has take the help of my neighbors. Due to there old age they are unable to operate mobile phones

I humbly request your person intervention in this matter so that same can be attend at the earliest, please
