Hi Sir/Madam,
This is regarding my travel to Bangalore on 31st Dec, 2010. I have booked the ticket through travel agent named Vetrievel (office near Meenakshi Temple, Madurai). He asked for charge Rs 50 per ticket. I agreed to pay the same amount along with ticket cost.
The ticket was for 3 people. He charged 2100 INR from Madurai to Bangalore for Semi-Sleeper Non-AC bus.
When I reached bus station and showed the ticket to bus agent , he told about the exact fare which is 450 INR per person. And also asked me to call the agent to refund the extra money (600INR in total) charged.
When I called him, he starts abusing and cut the call. I have to travel that day so didnt get much time to fight for it.
I want Consumer Forum to take my complaint to the right forum and provide justice.

I ahve asked for the refund amount but he is not willing. Kindly take this matter forward.
