I am ex-rigleites.. i am totaly agree with you.

Nirav Pathk...is a big joke on sr. HR Officer. also their are polices for management only...they can change it any time without informing employee... RIGEL NETWORK IS A BULL ...also CIO dont hv any qualification in IT and consider him as a project manager...(without any qualification !!!)...and operational manager...kaushal patel...also try to make employee as fool...RIGEL NETWORKS = BADMASH COMPANY...

My gental request to reader...please dont go their and tell your freinds as well. i was traped due to some of reason...i hope you will save...

This is worst company. They are just recruiting employees for one or
1.5 month and also they are not paying salary of working days after
completing the project module .And again they are recruiting one more
person, that person completed one more module . They will terminate
that employee, they are saying simply client gone . Please kausul
patel, Nirav pathak, Nichal patel, Vishal Patel and Bhairav Patel they
are making big ford persons and criminal so on...

I am giving advice and suggestions please don't join this
company(Rigel Networks Pvt ltd. ) in future .
If you will join this company, your life will be spoiled .
Because we are suffered of this reason . Not only me and previous
employees of this company .

I Really Agree

I completely in favour of all the above mentioned comments as i am also one of the victim. This company follow a very strainge polcy of collecting the original academic certificates as well as original experience certificate of all your past employer and the heights is they also ask the employee to deposite the ORIGINAL PASSPORT of the new joinee in the company and even i was ask to do the same and when i was ask to leave the company they have kept a condition of leaving a two month salary for getting all my original documents back. SO PLEASE DONT JOIN RIGEL NETWORKS PVT LTD

I am agree with all of your above comments. Recently Rigel Networks has kicked off several people in once, with the same story of "Projects are gone" and without giving the notice period even though they were having their conformation letter.

First of all they don't have sense of doing business, the person behind the company is just a politically sick guy who just understand how to make politics with clients and employees. This person is having most irritating habit of abusing people by speaking swear words very often. If you want to join the company be ready to hear that any time from him when he gets angry.

Second useless fellow is his older brother who calls himself "Chief Information Officer" and "Project Manager" of the company. The main job of this guy is to mess up things which are done by hardworking employees or by clients. He is the one who can't see any one happy in the company. This guy also keeps people busy just after him and avoid working for any other person in the company. this guy comes with an ego every morning and starts bugging every one and disturbing the job. The company's 100% of the staff and 99% of the clients are gone by his grace. So when you start working with him, just prepare yourself for finding another job.

His behaviors and symptoms:

1. Try his best to find fault from your code (if not found then he is unhappy)
2. Try his best to show you your fault and force you to come during weekend (rarely you can get a weekend if you're working with him)
3. Try his best to make pressure on you and show you that you're a "Problem" for the company
4. Try his best to deduct as much as possible from your salary at end of the month
5. He hardwork to call you in the midnight and force you to come to office at night between 1 AM to 4 AM
6. If you can't being his "Chamcha" then he would create trouble for you and you have to left the job immediately.
7. Any time he wants, he can take HR Management on his hand


HR policies, sorry actually there is no policies. Any time they want they change the rules and experiment on the staff.

1. No one around the world could understand their calculation of deduction
2. A usual minimum time till now for appraisal is delayed for 6 months.
3. No core activities are done by them
4. There is none of a single person in HR at the moment due to "firing" process going on
5. Never think about getting your documents easily once you relieve

Worst Company of the world... No ethics, No management... HR manager himself is involved in rioting and criminal cases.. CIO is the person without any information... CEO comes to office for sharemarket.. Frauds Frauds Frauds... I was also asked to give my original documents to them but i denied to give any of the document.. God saved me in that way... I worked for 3 months only... Out of these months they cut off 3000 from my last salary saying its coz i used to come late... ...

I think once any one join this company he will feel hell on earth really he will never find such company in this word.

i am agree with all the above comments as i have also worked there and believe me i was able to handle all the harassment from this company for only 1 week and then i resigned and broke the contract with the company. this is the worst company i have seen in my entire life. the HR manager is in jail currently for doing a big scams and crimes.

the HR manager KAUSHAL PATEL was denied to give me my original documents even after i have resigned from the company just after 1 week of joining. then i issued a legal notice of fraud to the HR manager from the court and i also recorded all the discussions i have made with him.
then after suddenly he come to hi AUKAAT, kutta apni aukaat pe aa gayaa. and then he gave me my original documents. then i just slapped him in the office in front of his secretary and he could't do anything at that time because from that time he knew who i am. i lost my 30000/- Rs. by breaking the contract but was happy to get rid of that fraud company.

i have worked 1 year in RIGEL network as a web designer...i was really happy with RIGEL...same my family issue that why i leave from rigel otherwise i was really happy with Nicheal patel, Bhairav Patel, Vishalsir...Its good company for all employee...
