Hi, I have applied for Bachelor of Engineering Main Degree in RGPV BHOPAL on 8/07/2009 with 750 Rs/- chalan. They told me that my degree will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. I have not received the degree yet and when I try to call on the number provided on their website they don't receive the call or disconnect the call most of the times. I need degree urgently but their is no response from university. Strict action should be taken against the staff members who are responsible for this to make system effective. i m Bhadresh P.Patel Mechanical Engineering Student . My Enrollment No:0503ME113D06.I passed degree 2014. i have applied for final degree certificate of BE mechanical before one year but not receive yet. The unresponsiveness of the team has not only hindered my academic progression but has also raised concerns regarding the reliability of the services provided.

For an esteemed educational institution, the lack of support for their alumni reflects a disappointing level of service. It's imperative for institutions of this repute to uphold their commitment to all stakeholders, including past students.

I understand that departments can sometimes be inundated with requests. However, basic acknowledgment of a request and providing a tentative timeline for resolution is a reasonable expectation.

I am hopeful that, through this platform, my grievance will be addressed, and necessary actions will be taken against any lapses in service. I also believe that drawing attention to this matter will prevent future students or alumni from facing similar setbacks.
