hello all, as the latest recharge offer of RIL is of 48 in which all call are of 50 paisa for life time, last night i recharge my cell with 199 for unlimited RIL to RIL GSM. and then 48 but i am surprised that my balance is cutting down, when i ask from the customer care thy says that the shop keeper mistake that he knows about that and not told me about all this, i lost my 200 Rs in a min, can i ask u what is this is there any action for this type of fraud ????? I'm customer of vodafone prepaid. On Sunday i made STD call for which i haven't an response from friend who taken the call foe which i was charged at 50Paise. it has happened thrice on the same day.One more issue before week brfore i have done online recharge of bonus card of RC21 fromWWW, VODAFONE.in where they have display RC 21 is meant for 60 paise, after it got recharge i have availed F&F offer of 20 paise which i have already active then it got peractived. info displayed at UI level differ s at present sceranio that displayed at www.vodafone.in. Vodafone has taking concern about this issues rather than market strategies.
