Sir my name is Ritesh Baluja im using airtel broadband since past three year, and my airtel number is[protected], and im a good customer of your's but one phone call came to me, regarding a free package from airtell in which they said they will provide me for a one month some 200 movies n 200 games and they will charge me only 2rs for that , but they have charged me 201 in that month , and even i had already discontinued that package in May only by calling customer care but they didn't deactivated that free package and added me extra charges for that , in next month. when ever i used to call to customer care and want to disscuss about these extra charges they used to say that the bill is not generating and they r adding thes kind of charges each month, but sir i don't want these packages and than too they have charged me for that, please deduct these charges from my bill from May and june so that i can pay u the bill as soon as possible, thanking you.
