sir, it is to inform you that i had booked an air ticket for four adults vide the travel agency/company mentioned above from calcutta to agartala and the official site of travelocity.co.in and the same official site is still showing the fare of Rs. 954/- as lowest fare of the Air India flight departing at 0950 Hrs and at 1700 Hrs on 10th Apr'2011 which i booked ticket. but as soon as booked the above ticket the rates of the same flight hiked for Rs. 2000/-, which happened soon after the amount debited from my bank account. this type of activity is not acceptable for good relationship with customer traveling continuously with your flight. i would like to file a strong protest against this company i.e. travelocity.co.in Was this information helpful? |
