1000% true statement...I am a living example

Tell me about it, he is the most mentally disturbed insecure nincompoop I have seen in my career. After working there I almost had to run away with my own sanity. A total loser and a complete , does not know anything technical, keeps using Google searches like a fool, in-spite of having people who are capable of getting it done. One hell of an example of an incompetent person being given the CEO's job. Run a search for the world's worst CEO and you know who will figure on top!! :-)

I would call Tussaud's and get a wax sample done for this chap, he is a work of fart! One con man of no parallel :-) He needs to be studied and documented. The bloody worm keeps your passport and treats you like ! His tactics are purely sadistic and there could be noting productive that can EVER happen with his endearing leadership skills. Keeps stealing codes and developing fake applications and the technology he runs is atleast 30 years behind time, like his mentality.

I pity those who are stuck with him and who continue to be tortured and of-course I pity the who employs him for several years apparently.

Can someone tell me one good thing about him? Always negative never appreciates and always stealing ideas. Who made this a CEO???? really someone should complain to higher authorities about him, he has to give me 140RO from my separation, I forgot about it.Cheating company, never join or else your career is dooomed! Stay away!!

My addition, he stole lots of money from the sponsor and once ran to India, did not get a job and ran back to him again. He got me fired like many others because he will never let anyone do good so that sinking ship company of his. Old man needs his food, let him plunder and eat.Bloody gujju...

This person is not even deserving manager level post, how come he him self promoted COO, without knowing the full form of COO, Now you can imagine the capabilities of this person. He is good for nothing.
he is heart less, no feeling at all and interesting he is making fool to the management with his Google search result about technology, he change his Mercedes Benz every nine months and he does not know this car replacement will spot debit on the company balance sheet. guys we are very lucky that we have come out with his custody after long long fight.I was feeling I committed some crime while joining this company. I was very happy with previous job, for money sake I got struck with his false commitments. I wish company owner should take necessary action kick him out form the job for the sake of company reputation. H.E. Dr. Zawawi had made this company with the vision of equal opportunity employment, but this person has vanished H.E zawawi reputation. what a shame that such a blog exist on the internet. I still have respect for H.E. the way he takes care of people around him.

If there is a bad COO competition he will win in all category... hahaha.

3. I'm really really glad if hiring is getting affected because of this blog. Please people do not join RCS in Omzest group even after reading this blog.

Hiring?? You must be joking! This company has never seen more than 20 people at one time.They hire and fire, that's all. Anyone who is sane, will run away with their lives. The guy is a total and a ! He never lets anyone be at peace, super torturer and super irritating. He is a major sadist and never can see someone do better then him.His inferiority complex always gets the better of him. I am surprised to see the condition of such a big group company of Oman. I have just recieved a mail form this company to apply for job. I am shocked to see this blog. I need your help to guide me on this.

If this is a worst situation, then why poeple don't compalaints to higher authority. May you please let me know, what is the manpower working for this Riyam Computer Services LLC? If Manoj do this activities, then who is the next higher authority, whom the message to be passed on?

Never step your foot inside that ratship! Run for your life man.There are some 30 people now, all of them are kiss losers. Manoj does not know anything, just pretending like he actually knows something. There are four guys who are in this cheating racket and they will always tell on the others to him.He will keep your passport and never leave you for ever, it will be  bonded slavery labour and  you will lose all your knowledge and confidence.They will gang up and destroy your life and carrrer for sure. Take an advise from a person who had already wasted two years of my life with them, bunch of [censored]s.

If you are Omani you will either get a driver or a cleaner's job, so don't waste your time. Try Bhagwan group, they are a professionally run, actual corporate organization. He allows his wife to drive company car and damages are claimed from the company account. As a policy company cars can not be driven by anybody else other than employee. this is a fraud.

After reading this entire blog, We are surprised to see your question in the first place.
If you are an Indian, don't join riyam computers. You will be treated like a "slave" and Manoj would be your slave hostile. Think, If you are game for it???

Got to see this blog while searching out for RCS.

Am not quite certain as to what your individual experience with this Company has been.

Mine was a very pleasant one and i got off with all benefits as well as a good career boost.

I have enjoyed my experience with RCS while working with Manoj and am even considering a return to RCS as i have been offered a swell package and job profile.

I am sure that each of you has considered your activities with RCS during your tenure and have put your thoughts into words.

My experience was a good one and i would like to make a mention of the same.

how many ppl r working with rcs?? and what is the strength of women: men in that company???

and what about engineers do they treat them in same way ??
