[Resolved]  RK — EXCESSIVE SHEDDING OF HAIR

I ordered 10kg human hair from Eagle Imnex/PMR Hair shop, in june. First it took them a lifetime to deliver my just 10kg hair as they promised 2 weeks, i only got it 1 month after. Then there was no curly hair, as i had ordered that too. Then the major problem i have experienced with the hairs is excessive shedding complaints from my customers, and this has put me in losses as i have to always return half the amout i sold this hair. then i decided to install this hair on my head too to really understand what my clients were complaining about.
Wow, what i get every morning and night is big balls of hair on the floor and in the comb.
I was even afraid to leave the hair down, i was always braiding it to avoid my clients from seeing a mess it was.
And we all know that when hair starts shedding, there will be case of tangling too. i paid exactly how much was stated in the pricelist and i feel that i should have been sent what i asked, because i was always mentioning it to mdm S.LALITHA that i wanted double-needle wefting,and she kept on promising but ofcourse when they got my money , they started to care less.

Please something must be done about this,as alot of people will fall prey of this and loss their money trusting them to be a good company, because i remember calling them when i got the hair and complained first about not finding the curly hair that i ordered, and the owner said he would talk to S.LALITHA, after that my mails no more response, and my calls never picked.

i also ordered hair from them last year and had the same problem i did not get curly hair like she promised and it tangled a lot and shredded. i used this company because i saw it in the movie good hair by chris rock. i thought maybe it was just a bad batch so i recently ordered from them again i sent the money on the 4th of cot 2010 there has been a problem with them receiving the money miss lalitha says but my bank says the money was put in they account. i do not know what to do. i keep writing to them but i have not received any reply for a week now. POTENTIAL PMR HAIR SHOP CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE.
Yes, my major reason for choosing them too, was because i saw their boss was involved in the movie, and i felt i could trust them. Anyway, i hope you are able to sort the account and payment issue.
wow thank you for this i was going to order from them. A lot of these companies are preying on innocent people, its very frustrating. they seem to not care about customer service. I ordered from Hair Emporium and the hair was terrible i had to refund everyone their money.
Our company has purchased thousand’s of dollars of what was suppose to be 100% Virgin Indian Remy hair from Eagle Imnex, since the grand opening of our retail location we have been reimbursing customers monies back for hair that KNOTS UP while washing and conditioning this garbage (BULK HAIR and WEFTED HAIR), LICE EGGS, EXCESSIVE SHEDDING and EXCESSIVE GREY HAIR. Our reputation has suffered along with financial losses, when we contacted the sales person P. Anitha about the GREY hair issue she became very nasty and insisted that I was lying even though I told her I could provide pictures, I was then told that the GREY HAIR for that length was acceptable (for who!!!). When I told her to please reimburse our money she said would not until I sent the merchandise back (like I would trust this company!!!). We absorbed the GREY HAIR ISSUE because we were not going to trust that this company would reimburse our money after receiving the hair, but now that business has picked up and our customer’s keep coming back with the same issue and we keep reimbursing their money I can no longer tolerate this.

We have contacted this company about this but to date they have ignored us, we will seek every Avenue available to us under International and commerce law’s to recover our money while warning everyone not to deal with these people and will not stop until our company is made whole!!!

The caller called me and threaten me and demanding for money,.....
by mistake i upload wrong no. but real no is [protected] please trace it . i am very nervous this time

RK — Bicycle stolen from society premises.

Our bicycle was stolen from society premises. When we apprached society office they were reluctant to speak on this. Inspite of having cctc ameras and few watchmen this happened. Society is not showing any interest in this. Ease advice what action can be taken.
