THIS IS MATTER OF SORROW THAT RLIC ARE BACK
THE MATTER IS SERIOUS FOR ALL B COZ IF THIS WILL NOT SOLVE THEN IT WILL BE A BIG VIRUS IN SARDARSHAHAR BRANCH
SIR OUR TEAM PUT UP THE DATA FOR ONLINE COMMISSION TRANSFER LIKE PAN CARD AND CANCELLED CHEQUE
WE GAVE ALL THE THINGS BEFORE 47 DAYS STILL OUR ACCOUNT IS NOT UPDATED
AND STILL WE ARE IN DARK AS USAL

Rlic — Committed surrender money not given

Dear Sir,

After complition of 3 yrs, I have given an application for full surrender of my policy[protected] on 22.02.2011, time 12:30 (Registered No. [protected]) & that time my total fund value is of Rs. 82621.11. As per policy terms & condition while withdrawl of policy I will have to get total fund of Rs. 74359.00 (82621.11 - 10% of total current fund), but I recieved message on 28.02.11 for surrender value of Rs. 74091.11.
I want know the reason why do they do this..............in that I want ur full support & help in taking leagel action.

RLIC — Misguided & disappointed by your company service

>Please see the attached mail receipt for all my policy details, the receipt send by Your Company.
>
>With reference to above, I Mr. Ganesh Rameshwar Nirmal is totally unsatisfied & misguided by your company or your Representative. I have not any idea about your company procedure.
>
>I came to the point directly that my case history as under.
>
>A.)Approximately on dated 05-02-11, I received phone call from your representative Miss Priti ([protected]).
>As per Miss Priti told that, I have selected ( Mobile no.- [protected]) from the Reliance life Insurance company for the special Offer which is limited for only 250 no. of people & only for just Today. The feature of policy as told byMiss Pritiare as follows.
>
>1) Invest Rs.15,000/- min. per annum for 5 years. As special offer by company you get 250% guaranteed bonus on your first premium amount after one year,which shall be withdrawn by you at any time.
>
>2.) You will get medical reimburcement of10 times of premium amount for 5years, which cover maximum5 person of your family. And also tax benifit under section 80D or C.
>
>3.) After 5 years your policy get matuared and you will get sum assured plus additional amount app. 10.5% of your sum assured.
>
>4.) As per Miss Priti, 'if I am not satisfied with the terms & conditions of policy then I have right to cancelled the policy within 45 days after receiving the policy documents."
>
>5.) As told by Miss. Priti, I willreceive the policy document within 5 to 6 days after my 1st premium deposited.
>
>On the above all telephonic discussion with Miss Priti & as your company reputation your satisfied customer services, I agreed to take a policy and join with Reliance family. In evening at 8.45 pm your representative meet with me for the document collection & I completed all the formality (postdated cheque given of dated[protected] as told by Miss Pritithis offered valid for today only.
>
>But after joining with your Reliance Family, I have get very bad experience about your company customer satisfaction.Now, I am very disappointed that, I trust on Your Company bye heart & you are broken my trust.
>The points which gives me bad experience by you are as follows. Shortly It is nothing but the chitting done by your representative for the company business.
>
>1) I have yet not receive the originalpaid slip of my premium amount.
>
>2) I had received the policy doument of Reliance Money Multiplier Policy. In which maturity date after 10 years, which not match with the features told by your representative Miss Priti.
>
>3)As above metion Miss Priti's assurance that I will get guaranteed 250% of bonous on my 1st premium amount after complition of 1 years for the policy, but there is not such like bonousmentioned in your Policy document.
>
>4) As per Miss Priti "I have receive the card for the medi-claim of limit 10 times of my premium for the period of 5 years. But I have yet not recieve this type of any card. And with the experience of your representative chitting, I am sure that there is no any features of medi-claim mentioned in your policy.
>
>5) On the Policy document Acknowledgement I observed that my duly sign done by your someone representative (I am sured that, I am not signed that specific paper). It is not ethical & dangerous for Reliance company as well as customer which trusted on Reliance.
>
>6)Due to all above I am very disappointed &I allready discuss & inform to Miss Priti as well as Mr. Rajiv Kapoor (Admin Manager) on all above serious issues. Still after that Miss Priti gives assurance that My policy document of special Offer by your Company yet not dispatch & I will be received my original policy document with in 4 to 5 days. But still long times goes for this.
>
>7)As per discussion with Mr. Kapoor in the case of my duly sign done by someone your representative. As he registered my complaint to your system & give me the complaint no. 2822 689. But still no any action or confirmation call received form your companyside regarding this.
>
>8) As I contact your customer care services toll free no. on yesterday, I am shocked when your customer care representative told me that, my policy maturity date is 10 years & there is no any special offers given by the Reliance company for the no any selected people. The every policy is allways same for everyone.
>
>9) As your customer care representative informed to me, as per company only 15 days period gives to customer for the cancelation of policy after receiving of policy document & My policy adviser is India Infoline Insurance Broke. But as per Miss priti 45 days period given by company for the cancelation of policy by customer.
>
>I am very very disappointed & angreed for above all. If you are still have integrated with company reputation &as well as customer which trusted on your company, then please look into this matter seriously, because someone your advisor spoil the name of Reliace company. Due to such things so many customer like me is suffered mentally, financially as well as phisically. And also not trusted to any product of reliance.
>
>Due to my trust & faith on your company, same day my friend also took this policy, that means by one customer satisfaction company will get min. 5 customers. And if one customerdisappointed then definately company will loss at least 10 customers.
>
>I think your company well known about the mouth to mouth publicity, which either increase the reputation & business of company as well as spoil the overall business & reputation.
>
>Sir, kindly look into my case history, I am waiting for justice. If there is no such feature in your policy then cancel my policy & refund my total amount of Rs.-20,000/-. I am middle class person which earn the money after burn the blood.
>
>Please take seriously this matter, otherwise the customer like me take seriously.
>I will not stop here, I will fight still the justice.
>Today also I try to contact with Miss Priti as well as Mr. Kapoor, but still they are not responding to me.
