[Resolved]  Rmkv Silks Chennai — faulty product purchased online

Hello
I purchased this saree couple of months back f or my sister.

It looked great when I viewed online. When she wore the saree for the first time for a B'day party, the copper sulphate color came off from the saree along with the Sweating. The color filled her hands and also the kid she was carrying. both looked blue and was weird because it was a birthday party. This is really disappointing. Because that was the first time she wore that saree and this thing happened.
they have a very bad quality sarees online. I am not going to continue shopping with RMKV. I feel bad that I purchased 3 sarees from you. I wasted my money.

Please don't shop online from RMKV. Shop from chennai silks or Pothys ... they are good

Its look like a joke. because we are using RmKV saree for generations, we didnt face any problem with their quality.We personally know that what are the abstacles tha rmkv has crossed since its innauguration in chennai. Lot of pressure given by its main opponant in Trunelvely, because they afraid of lossing customers, and it happened now. After Rmkv opened a showroom at Vannarpet, their Rival showroom really lost the cutomers. Its sample for their Quality.

We purchased lot of dresses from RMKV, t-nagar chennai branch., we are highly satisfied with the quality of dresses but highly dissatisfied of their services., We lost our bonus card we are having more points in our account but we are not able to access that points because of not having that bonus card for the past 1 year we requested them to send new bonus card for us but they didn't send., Concern person take action and send our bonus card as soon as possible.,

Very worst and under worst service with brainless people in Thus showroom in chennai even showroom management also failed to train like how to behave vth females. some sales nicely escape from the show if we can show the facts about showroom... sorry its worst room. I pass the message global wise tht never ever prefer this stupid shop.

me too face the same problem..i was bought silk saree around 10000INR .. with one day use the copper sulphate color came off from the saree along with the Sweating...very disappointing..bad quality..i bought in T.Nagar Rmkv show room..

Very worst about rmkv...I bought one saree thro online aft open it was big disappointed...it was look good when I see online but really looks bad after...plz don't buy cloths from rmkv...they are cheating...
