[Resolved]  Rn *real.com — credit card charges

I have no idea how they are doing this I have never even given credit details. A day after i was charged 1 dollar by real.com an airline ticket was purchased for 300 dollars using my card details.Some of these comments are 2 years old how are they getting away with it? are they indian?

SUPERPASS — money taken out of my account

When checking the "superpass"site I changed my mind about trying it out;so erased my info. and left the site.
Today when checking my account to see if my check had come in...there was a withdrawl from "superpass"for $16.01. NO way did I even give my credit card information!!
NOW I don't know what is going on there with
this crap BUT I want my money returned to my account now.
This should never happen and I will never try even looking at things like this if they are able to charge persons account without even us giving the info.

On 4/7/11 I was also charged 14.99 by error. How could there be so many errors for one company?

I was charged 19.99 from RN GAMEHOUSE.CM FUNP. On my COMPANY credit card. I've never used it for anything but Company business and I certainly never gave it out to a gaming company. How in the heck are they getting this information? Is there something on my work computer that is giving my cc number out?

I noticed $7.55 on hold in my account today, I contacted my bank and they provided contact phone #. I called [probably India] to find out they couldn't find an account for me under my name or email...which would make sense since I never authorized a purchase.

Then they asked for the card number it was charged to--are they kidding???

I'm waiting to see if charge actually posts to get a transaction number...

who needs this BS???...NOT ME!!

RN Real.com — Unauthorized debit card charge

I order a free trial Mcafee Virus software for 14 day. After downloading it, a pending charge transaction has appeared in my checking account. It was an unauthorized charge.

They have hit me with an unsubstantiated charge on my credit card,please be advised I will do everything in my power to resolve this issue.

I just discovered a charge on my card with this company's name on it. I too, have no idea who they are. After reading some of the other comments, I'm assuming that this is a gaming site and that if you download one of their games you automatically get signed up with them. I HAVE NOT DOWNLOADED ANYTHING! I have enough problems with my computer without taking a chance on downloading more! Tried to call them at two different
numbers, but they do not have a 24/7 support system. Will definitely call in the AM and try to get this resolved.

rnreal.com — charge on credit card

signed up @rngamed house.com. looked @ cc charge; $1.00 + $1.00 for rnreal.com when i called to cancell my trial subscript i found they chaege for that too. top it all off i couldn't play any of the games.

Got a charge for 19.95 on my credit card from them. Called and a very nice lady (with very limited ENGLISH!) explained that this is the charge for Gamehouse. I am a memeber and did sign up; they are just billing thru this company now, I guess. No problems at all. The lady was ready to instantly refund me untill I asked who they were and wehy they charged me. Call the 866 number listed above, like I did.

I just found a charge on my banking account which I never authorized and never ordered anything from anyone. Im very careful
about these things and if I get pop ups contests I always click skip or what ever I can to cancel or get off that site as fast as I can.
What can I do about getting this charge off my account.
