My plan was to shift from ghatkopar to miraroad in this RNA courtyard. since i went through this problem i am totally confused for the same.as the problem of leakage of satish salvi and sanyam jain is not cleared we are taking back our decision of taking a property at RNA courtyard because we also fear that after taking a flat at RNA courtyard if the same thing happens with me, you wouldn"t take any action against it. so it is better to take precautions from first.
I fully agree with Mr. Satish Salvi, RNA Courtyard, M-214, Mira Road (East), Dist Thane - 401 107.
To add further the club house etc are being used by outsiders. The seapage in the flat is not being attended by the builder inspite of repeated complaints in written as well as verbal. Since possession during 2008 I am facing serious problem with water seapeage during moosoon seasion. One of worker posted here named as Mr. Arvind, seems to be an arogent person determined not to pay any attention while his superior desire that the external seapeage due to rain water must be attended by the builder.
The sale manager posted at site found to be helpless to Mr. Arvind.The reason for his arogency is that why did I, the flat owner complained in writing.
I do not know what should be next move for me to get the work done?
On the other hand the registered society ( May, 2009) started collection of Monthly service & maintenance charges since September, 2008 (prior to registeration) @ Rs.2/- per sq. ft rate in violation of model Bye-Laws of society.
Most of the flat owners paid advance maintenance charges to the builder valid till May, 2009 and builder not in a mood to refund the excess amount neither to the society nor to the falt owners. On the other hand now the reg. society charging different rate to flat owners. This has resulted some one pays Rs. 1320/-, Rs. 1980/- and another Rs.2496/- per month.. Is this all justified in a civilised society ?

I saw the property at the ground floor 2 BHK and 3 BHK they look very awesome, and planing to buy it too @ 3500 per sq feet. is it worth
my budget is arround 35 Lks but the property has changed my mind and planing to take the A1 flat at ground floor next to the entrance.
can any one sugest is it worth to purchase it?

RNA is the worst quality builder in India .. Also HAWARE comes in the same categorry ...Thier thane property looks 10 years old already and its jist been 4 months tht they have stated possesion
we cant say its wrost, as i have been residing there from last four yrs, i dont see any problem as swimming pool has also been started now, and my kids enjoy the most part of it, talking about the maintaince charges, yes it is two high it 2rs for per square foot, society should think on it, rest its a very beautiful society in mira road...

parking of vehicles is problem..
Club house and swimming pool is not yet started..
and lot of other false commitment by builder...
Every where you will see big hoarrdings of 24 hrs supply in RNA courtyard and in reality it is only 10 min water supply...can you believe this...!!!
